Be kind to yourself. Sometimes we just need a down, quiet, "blah" day.

Everyday. Then I workout and feel better. Take a you day and get back into the groove of life tomorrow.

I always get that way when I start to feel unmotivated... but listening to your "power music" helps to get you back on track and ready to take on the day! :) Hope today is better for you!
